Welcome to Moonshinebluebirds. The fluidity and transparency of watercolor lends itself extremely well to capturing the essence of a person or of a pet. They make wonderful gifts and also memorials to a loved one.
It is of highest importance to me to capture the likeness and character in my paintings, this includes the animals that I paint.
The process is simple, you can purchase one of my custom listings if it fits your needs on size and send me a photo (or more) of what you would like me to paint. I will ask you some questions regarding the painting, often of the background choices and whether or not to include certain items (like tags/collar). Once you purchase the listing I will get right on painting it! If you need a rush be sure to let me know as I am usually able to work with you on that!

She was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. The turnaround time was very fast. I got it in plenty of time to have it framed before I gave it to her.
